2022

- Establish Grand Tropiex Co., Ltd. in Ho Chi Minh City

- Establish Branch in Binh Chanh, HCMC specializing in manufacturing and packaging products

- Launch “Acacao” brand with a range of instant cocoa drink products and instant chocolate drink products

2023

- Expand business scale of Branch with warehouse area of more than 500 sqm in Binh Chanh, HCMC

- Expand the product portfolio to 22 SKUs

- Expand GT channel distribution network to HCMC, the South-West and South-East provinces

- Increase number of MT channel customers including hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience stores and mom&baby chains nationwide

2024

- Increase the number of produced and distributed products to nearly 50 SKUs

- Launch “Aya-ua” brand with 8 SKUs of freeze-dried yogurt cube with different flavors

- Launch “A ngon qua!” brand for freeze-dried fruits and dried vegetable snacks

- Expand customer network in GT channel to Central region of Vietnam

Viet Pham - Non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Viet is a founding member of Grand Tropiex Co., Ltd. He has held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors since its establishment in 2022 until now.

In the role of Chairman, Mr. Viet is responsible for setting the company's vision, business development strategy, business model, and operational oversight with the goal of making Grand Tropiex one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of consumer goods in Vietnam.

Mr. Viet has held several important management positions in airlines related to commercial activities and network expansion for domestic and international airline markets. Mr. Viet graduated with a Bachelor of Information Technology and Business Administration from Zeeland University (Netherlands), a Master of Marketing Sales and Services (MMSS) from CFVG-Paris Sorbonne University (France) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Solvay Brussels School (Belgium).

Quang Chu - Non-executive Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Quang is a founding member of Grand Tropiex Co., Ltd. As a member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Quang is responsible for the direction, management and support of the manufacturing activities and product quality control of the Company.

Mr. Quang currently holds a senior production management position at BAF Vietnam. He has extensive experience in production management, electromechanical engineering and factory operation management. He has held many important management positions in large companies such as GreenFeed Vietnam, Nova Consumer Group (Anova), Truong Thinh Electromechanical Joint Stock Company and Viettel Telecom Corporation.

Mr. Quang graduated in electronics and telecommunications engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from FPT University.

Huong Pham - Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Huong was appointed CEO in 2022, since the establishment of Grand Tropiex Co., Ltd. Ms. Huong has in-depth and solid knowledge in corporate finance, investment banking and human resource management.

After many years of working in the stock market and investment in Vietnam, Ms. Huong is known as an expert in the field of corporate finance consulting, mergers and acquisitions, investment, restructuring and corporate governance.

She holds a Bachelor of International Business - Major in Finance and a Master of Finance from the University of Amsterdam (Netherlands), and a Master of Human Resource Management from Massey University (New Zealand). Besides, Ms. Huong was also holds the Certificate of Fund Management and Corporate Governance from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam.

Han Hoang - Information Technology Expert

Mr. Han is now a senior manager of Hoang Truong Trading Co., Ltd., a company specializing in the development of monitoring and control system software for manufacturing plants. Before that, he was an automation engineer for many companies such as Autohitech and Bach Khoa Refrigeration Engineering Company.

With nearly 20 years of experience in industrial automation and a passion for programming and software development, Mr. Han has participated in the founding of Grand Tropiex Co., Ltd. and has made valuable contributions to the application of technology in operating Grand Tropiex's factory operations.

Mr. Han graduated with a Bachelor's degree in electronics and automation from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education. In addition, he also received intensive training in ISO management skills and other business administration skills.
